1. DATA COLLECTION VECTORS

SMPH Labs operates with minimal invasive telemetry. We log standard server requests, browser headers, and IP addresses to prevent DDoS attacks against our benchmark database. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or fingerprinting algorithms.

2. VOLUNTARY TRANSMISSIONS

If you establish a Comm-Link via our contact forms, your email and identifier are stored securely on offline databases solely for the purpose of returning communications. This data is purged after 90 system cycles.

3. THIRD-PARTY NODES

Our database may contain links to external hardware vendors. We do not control their telemetry protocols. Proceed with standard opsec when leaving SMPH network space.
