Access to the SMPH benchmark database is public and free. However, attempting to scrape our live database, execute SQL injections, or spam our Comm-Link will result in an immediate IP hardware ban.

2. DATA USAGE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All thermal imaging, benchmark curves, and tier lists are proprietary properties of SMPH Labs. You may cite our data in external reviews or forums provided you link back to the source node (summertravelinspirationhub.com). You may not re-publish our datasets for commercial gain.

3. HARDWARE DISCLAIMER

Our lab reports push hardware to the limit. We are not responsible if you attempt to replicate our extreme stress tests and permanently damage your own device's battery or SoC through thermal degradation. Push hardware at your own risk.
